Unlike before the Constitution was ratified people no longer have to house soliders in times of war or peace.
4th Amendment

The police or any other government official do not have the right to search your house unless they have a warrant from a federal judge giving them permission to do so. Even then they may only take things specified by that warrant.

All criminals have the right to a jury hearing, you can not be tried on the same case twice, there is no self-incrimination, you must get the due-process, and there is eminent domain, for all criminals.

You also have the following rights in a criminal trial: Right to a speedy, public trial, right to an impartial jury, right to know charger against you, right to hear and question witness against you, tight to an attorney to assist in defense.

The following are the rights you have in a criminal trial: Value over $20.00- jury trial aloud, after a jury decides the facts, a judge cannot overturn that decision.
